Welcome to Munglabs ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Website at https://munglabs.com and any related services we offer (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Munglabs provides a website and related tools for content, research, and community purposes. We may add or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are at least 13 years old.
To sign in, we use Google Sign-In (Google OAuth) and collect only your name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google Account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We only store the name and email address associated with the Google Account you use to sign in. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings (Security > Third-party apps & account access).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Munglabs disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Munglabs is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
